I've just received a comment from a HP Upline user (I used to be one of those, now I've a rule to dump their email into the junk folder) that Upline is still screwed.
My advice, go elsewhere. That data should have been a copy of what you had on your local system so write it off like a bad debt and move on. HP don't know anything about running a cloud service and it doesn't bode well for their plans to try and flog the infrastructure to run one to other people when they can't keep their own offering afloat.
Junk folder for their mail, junk pile for their cloud infrastructure.
