NetApp slogan not new either

NetApp's new slogan: Go further, faster.

Halliburton's current slogan: Go further, faster.

Hey Hitz, I promise you I'd rip off other peoples marketing waaaaaaayyyy cheaper than whoever you have doing it for you now. What with the recession and all it might be in your shareholders best interests to call me.

Here's where I think we could revamp the new/old NetApp logo to steal from someone who's good at marketing.

Can you see it? Can you see it Dave?

Don't delay I'm awake at least 20 hours a day. Call me! :)

You can't make this stuff up...

Now all we need for the trifecta is for the Supreme Court to find that NetApp actually did steal NFS from Sun.

That's what would be known as a *very* bad year. ;)

In this neck of the Kalahari we had a bank that used the slogan Better, simpler, faster. They dropped it as their customers in their teller's queues kept complaining about the bank not being better, simpler or faster. It was a marketing fiasco! The slogan is now Inspired, Motivated, Involved.

BTW: I don't get the slogan. Faster is someone who fasts? What has not eating got to do with spinning disk?

next netapp is going to claim that they can perform faster than SSD drives and have an spc benchmark to prove that they can go further, faster.
